347 Fasteners
The Columbian-stabilized alloy 347 offers exceptional protection against intergranular corrosion at high temperatures. Compared to other stainless steel alloys, stainless steel 347 alloy has somewhat better corrosion resistance in an environment with high oxygen content. Alloy 347 is an austenitic nickel-chromium alloy stabilized with titanium and columbium that was developed to significantly increase the intergranular corrosion resistance of 18-8 type alloys. The alloy should be considered for applications requiring intermittent heating between temperatures of 427°C and 899°C or welding under the circumstances preventing post-weld annealing.

347H Fasteners
The Stainless Steel 347H Fasteners are created from premium raw materials. Only cold working activities can harden them; heat treatment is not an option. These are produced using the standard fabrication procedure. These fasteners are comparable to standard grades and have good general and local corrosion resistance. It is intended to be used in chromium carbide precipitation at temperatures between 427 and 816 degrees Celsius. These are hot formed in the recommended temperature range for other forming procedures, which is between 2100 and 2250 degrees Fahrenheit. To maintain the highest level of corrosion resistance, the fasteners are thoroughly annealed and water quenched after being hot worked. This grade forms easily and is highly shapeable.

310 Stainless Steel Fastener
