Alpha Overseas(AOS) manufactures and trades SS 321 Butt Weld Pipe Fittings, which are the basic austenitic 18/8 steel stabilised by Titanium or Niobium additions. These Alloy 321 Elbow Butt Weld Pipe Fittings is similar to Type 304 stainless steel; however, it contains a Titanium addition of at least five times the carbon content. Our Grade 321 Tee Butt Weld Pipe Fittings is a stabilized stainless steel which offers as its main advantage an excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion following exposure to temperatures in the chromium carbide precipitation range from 800 Degree C to 1500 Degree F (427 Degree C to 816 Degree C). These Type 321 Reducer Butt Weld Pipe Fittings is titanium stabilised chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel with good strength and excellent corrosion resistance, as supplied in the annealed condition with a typical brinell hardness. These Alloy 904L Elbow Butt Weld Pipe Fittings is a molybdenum containing, low carbon austenitic stainless steel with increased additions of chromium, molybdenum and nickel for better corrosion resistance and increased resistance to chemical attack for sulphurous, acetic, formic, tartaric and citric acids. Our Grade 904L Tee Butt Weld Pipe Fittings is a molybdenum bearing, low carbon content "L" grade austenitic stainless steel that provides improved corrosion resistance over 904L stainless steels. This Type 904L Reducer Butt Weld Pipe Fittings is a molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel intended to provide improved corrosion resistance relative to Type 316L in highly corrosive process environments, particularly those containing chlorides or other halides. Our AISI 904L Cross Butt Weld Pipe Fittings is a molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel with greatly increased resistance to chemical attack as compared to the conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as Alloy 904L. These 904L Stainless Steel Butt Weld Pipe Fittings possesses the same high strength and corrosion resistance and will produce stronger welds due to its low carbon content.
