Alpha Overseas

Alpha overseas is the name among very few in the manufacturing and exportation of SMO 254 Stainless Steel Fasteners. Super austenitic grade stainless steel is SMO 254. In this grade of stainless steel, molybdenum and nitrogen are the main alloying metals, along with the low carbon content. The alloy's high molybdenum and nitrogen content gives the fasteners excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Furthermore, this grade of stainless steel is twice as impact-resistant as grade 316. It has high tensile strength.

These fasteners have a high degree of flexibility and impact resistance. These fasteners are utilised in environments with high chloride concentrations, such as salty water and seawater. The fastener assures excellent strength and superior toughness at cryogenic temperatures. Additionally, it has good mechanical characteristics in environments with both moderate and high temperatures.
