Hastelloy pipes and tubes come in various grades, all of which are produced, supplied, and exported by Alpha Overseas. The superalloy Hastelloy comprises nickel, molybdenum, chromium, and tungsten. Pitting and crevice corrosion are two things it is particularly resistant to. Additionally, the pipes are incredibly sturdy due to their material composition. Most applications for the pipes are in chemical processing.

Additionally, the material is available as sheets, bars, and plates. The pipes could be cold drawn, electric resistance welded, or hot rolled. Those that were cold drawn are seamless. The Hastelloy Alloy Seamless Pipes are useful with other precise-sized fittings and pipes. The seamless pipes' wall thickness and surface deviation are more uniform, reducing internal resistance to fluid flow. Added to that are welded pipes. The Hastelloy Welded Pipe can be welded after installation and is more robust.
