Alpha Overseas is known for producing and distributing Alloy 20 Rod, Bar, and Wire. Alloy 20 is austenitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation. Chromium, molybdenum, copper, iron, nickel, and niobium make up the chemical makeup of alloy 20 round bars, which aids in stabilizing the grade as a whole. These bars come in lengths up to 3000mm and diameters ranging from 4mm to 350mm. They are extensively utilized in chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, industrial fluid handling, petroleum refining, and other industries. The UNS N08020 Rod ASTM B473 is exceptionally strong. Alpha Overseas is one of the known suppliers and manufacturers of Alloy 20 Fasteners. These austenitic alloys, like Alloy 20, have an iron base and exhibit good corrosion resistance to various media. They are used in multiple processes, including flue-gas desulfurization, chemical processing, food processing and storage, and pharmaceutical applications, to mention a few. A nickel-iron-chromium austenitic alloy called Alloy 20, called Carpenter 20 Fasteners, was created for the most significant resistance to acid assault, particularly sulfuric acid. It was made specifically to withstand sulfuric acid and is known as UNS N08020 Fasteners. Its amounts of copper, molybdenum, nickel, and chromium offer outstanding general corrosion resistance. Columbium is also used to stabilize it to reduce carbide precipitation during welding. We provide Alloy 20Cb3 Fasteners as a remedy for the stress corrosion cracking that may develop when chloride solutions are exposed to stainless steel.

It can be manufactured quickly and has good mechanical qualities. Alloy 20 has a 33% nickel content and is essentially immune to chloride stress corrosion cracking.
