Alpha Overseas is well known in the industry for its production and distribution of Alloy 20 Flanges. Nickel and low carbon are present in the austenitic, niobium-stabilized alloy known as Alloy 20. Nickel, chromium, and iron will make up the majority of the chemical makeup of Alloy 20 Flanges, along with a few other elements like molybdenum and copper. Even in extreme chemical environments, the Alloy 20 Flanges are renowned for superior corrosion resistance. The Alloy 20 Pipe Flanges have excellent resistance qualities in environments containing phosphoric, sulfuric, and chloride acids.
